I, I wish to cry But I cannot find the eye I, I wish to cry But I cannot find the eye This one's heavy with the weight Of dreams from days gone by, And this one barely sees at all So cloudy is its sky... I cannot find the eye from which to cry. I, I wish to cry But I cannot find the eye I, I wish to cry But I cannot find the eye Something clear to push against, A trickle underground Is calling forth a raging tower Of water all around And yet I make no sound... Where can the eye be found? I, I wish to cry But I cannot find the eye I, I wish to cry But I cannot find the eye

The Hive 03:57
Do I feel uneasy? It's all point and burn. I think I feel uneasy Because it's all point and burn. We start alive In the hive, We start alive in the hive. Does it taste like honey Warm and gold? Or does it crack like sunlight Splinter and gold? We come alive In the hive, We come alive in the hive. We are alive In the hive, We are alive in the hive. Yes it tastes like honey Warm and gold Until it cracks like sunlight Frail and cold.

The first time he realised that there was no difference, He put down his pen and he cried. The billions of pages, the lifetimes of consequence, Felt almost as though he had died…. Rivers of ink flowed In the pursuit of a seed, sowed. Who would acknowledge the debt owed, In the pursuit of a seed, sowed? The shelves of his library heavy and crumbling, The weight of the words they contained. And at his mad stumble, they all came down tumbling, The pages all wretched and stained. Rivers of ink flowed In the pursuit of a seed, sowed. Who would acknowledge the debt owed, In the pursuit of a seed, sowed?

The closer you are you are further away, The closer you are you are further away. Such a summer's day, The world is wrapped in light, And I dream you here, I dream you near. Alone upon a beach, Watch the sea flash fire, And the waves rush clear, Oh I dream you here. Such a summer's day. The closer you are you are further away, The closer you are you are further away. Lying still at night, You are stronger than the dark, And I dream you near, I dream you here. Still and quiet night, Love hold your breath, And now feel no fear, You can dream me here... Stronger than the dark. The closer you are you are further away, The closer you are you are further away.

Pieces of people, floating around your house, Catching the light as they're passing the curtain mouth. Dust and dandruff left there in the room, where they've all shed their skin, Pieces of people, shimmering round your house. Pieces of Peter, he lived here a long time ago, He left on a train, it was heading for Walthamstow, He couldn't wait to get away, but bits of him are here to stay, Pieces of Peter, falling down like the snow. Get out your vacuum, try to suck up the past, It must be good to have this room to yourself at last, Take a long shower, wash out your clothes, No one likes to wear a ghost... Pieces of people, stuck to the side of the bath. Pieces of people, drifting around the world, Wherever the wind blows, sending them further afield, A farmer out in Kathmandu, he might be breathing bits of you, Pieces of people travelling round the world, Travelling round the world, Travelling round the world.
6.
I am a heart that is skipping a beat, I am cold. I am a blanket spread under your feet, for to hold. Thousands of letters the four winds will scatter, Looking for dreams to be spun out of matter. O now my darling, the river is wide. I can't swim. Swirling dark water surrounds on all sides. Pull me in. Beating with love, will the fragile shell shatter? Wonder what now can be wrought from this matter. Ah-ah-ah-ah.... I am the feet that will follow the river to the brine. I am the hands that will give to the Giver, for all time. Through babbling voices and discordant chatter, There are still dreams to be spun out of matter.

Emily and Angeline England, UK

Once upon a time, long, long ago, there were two dolls called Emily & Angeline. Sometimes they pretended to be human so that they could play strange, sweet music together.
